Please DO NOT enter the practice if you have any respiratory symptoms (e.g. fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat or shortness of breath) and have not received a negative COVID-19 test within the past 72 hours. In this case, you can make a telephone consultation with your doctor.

If you have had another vaccine in the 14 days before your COVID-19 vaccine appointment, please let us know as we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you cannot make it to your vaccination appointment, please contact us to arrange a new appointment.
